Friday Stretch: Pantone Sportswear, a New Fitness Startup, Winter Recovery Poses, a Bonkers Skier

We had more guests this past weekend — my brother from Michigan and sister from SF! Tim was away on a guy’s trip, so it was sibs only. It was a great three days full of skiing, requisite teasing and hot tub antics involving jumping into the snow in our bathing suits to see who could make the most snow angels. I was easily upstaged by my (braver, younger and heartier) siblings. Seriously, they’re nuts! Brrrr …

It was snowy early in the week, so I split my time between taking advantage of some mid-week freshies and continuing my job search work. I can’t believe that January is almost over. I’m starting to feel like the winter may fly by, and my time in MT will be over too fast. So I’m reminding myself to stay present and soak it up while I’m here, while also getting excited (instead of nervous) about uncovering new opportunities for the spring.

Tonight we’re headed to a Big Sky Rotary Club charity event. Time to meet some locals and support this awesome community.

Here’s the fitness and wellness content that inspired me this week.

Have a great weekend!

If I wasn’t currently funemployed and on a self-imposed shopping hiatus, I’d snap up this gorgeous yoga mat and these pretty Adidas leggings, which were curated in honor of the 2016 Pantone colors of the year. (via Furthermore)
Super curious to see what this new fitness startup from the former CEO of Twitter is going to be. And, do they need a PR pro? ;-) (via Business Insider)
These winter athlete recovery poses will come in handy for apres-ski. (via MindBodyGreen)
My sister sent me this video and it made me so dizzy — this skier is totally bonkers! (via The Mind Unleashed)
