The Friday Stretch: A Big Dream, Athleta for Good, 2016 Abs

I hope everyone had a great first week of 2016. This week has been all about stepping into 2016 on the right foot … getting back on a writing schedule, eating clean (enough) to counterbalance the highly enjoyable holiday indulgences, enjoying some midweek ski runs, and starting to map out a few projects I’m working on.

I also caught up with some friends from SF and my old job, which was the best of all. I have a tendency to get a little reclusive and lost in my own world, so I’m making a mental note to prioritize staying connected with everyone I care about while I’m living in the sticks this winter.

I did this 10-minute ab workout this week and it was awesome. Blogilates founder Cassey Ho may be on the extreme side of perkiness, but she puts together some kick ass videos that always leave my muscles burning. (Blogilates)
