The Friday Stretch: FitBit Steps for Charity, What To Do Before 8am, What the *&#% is Athleisure?

It’s finally feeling (a little) more like Fall here in SF, with some chilly mornings and evenings. I love living in California, but sometimes the east coast girl in me misses the changing seasons. I always feel more energized working out in cooler weather — it’s invigorating and feels easier to breathe.  This week, I took advantage of Core Power Yoga’s free week of classes for new students, and sampled all of their offerings, from hot yoga to a sculpt class. I’m a little sore! Post about it to come next week.
