The Friday Stretch: a ‘Shroom-y Breakfast Bowl, Uptown Abs, Leggings for Climbers, Ballerina Inspo

This week was pretty low-key. Tim was out-of-town and I was on my own with a post-operative pup (doggie ACL surgery — poor Enzo), so in addition to my tennis and workouts, I spent a lot of time at home with the ‘Zo reading, writing, thinking about a possible business venture, and doing some work for a client. A special highlight: a long, sunny morning run with my sister, followed by a yummy, veggie-packed green fritatta that we enjoyed al fresco (did you know it’s SF’s summer right now?)…

But enough about my week. It’s Friday and here’s some of the fitness & wellness content that inspired me.
